Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your place in the Equilibria Retreat in Bali (October 7–12, 2025), we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of your application. Your spot is not secured until this deposit is received.

Payment Schedule:
• $1,000 non-refundable deposit – Due upon acceptance
• 50% of remaining balance – Due by June 1, 2025
• Final 50% – Due by August 1, 2025

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made on or before July 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of funds paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• Cancellations made after August 1, 2025 are non-refundable.
• If we are able to fill your spot, we may offer the option to apply your payment (minus deposit) toward a future Equilibria retreat.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
