DIVERSITY & BELONGING AT

At Equilibria, we are committed to creating a space where all humans—across race, gender identity, body size, age, ability, neurodiversity, and lived experience—feel seen, safe, and supported.

We recognize that the wellness world has not always been welcoming or inclusive to everyone. That’s why we’re doing things differently.

Our retreats are intentionally designed to center presence, rhythm, and community—and that means cultivating an environment rooted in respect, open-mindedness, and authentic belonging. We believe healing happens best when you don’t have to perform or fit a mold to be valued.

Whether you're stepping into this work for the first time or deepening an ongoing journey, you’re welcome here—as you are. Your story matters. Your presence matters. You matter.

We are always listening, learning, and evolving.

Everybody belongs.
Every experience is honored.
This is your space, too.

EQUILIBRIA COMMUNITY AGREEMENT

To support the safety, depth, and integrity of this experience, we ask every participant to agree to the following values:

1. Come as you are.

This is a space where perfection is not required. We invite you to bring your full humanity—your joy, your truth, your uncertainty, and your edge.

2. Honor all identities.

Equilibria is an inclusive space that welcomes all races, genders, sexualities, body sizes, ages, neurotypes, and physical abilities. We expect each participant to show up with respect and curiosity toward others' lived experiences.

3. Practice presence.

We value real-time connection over performance. Presence means being open, listening deeply, and staying connected to yourself and the group. You don’t need to get it “right”—you just need to show up with care.

4. Maintain confidentiality.

What is shared in our group stays in our group. We commit to protecting each other’s stories, vulnerability, and growth.

5. Take care of your body.

You are always encouraged to honor your body’s wisdom and needs. Modify, rest, or opt out of any activity without explanation. We are here to support, not to push.

6. Choose brave, not perfect.

This work asks for courage—not performance. You’re invited to lean into your edges, explore with compassion, and hold space for discomfort as part of growth.

7. Feedback is welcome.

This is a living culture. We are always learning, and we welcome your voice if something feels off, unclear, or not inclusive. Your insight helps us grow.
